Coaching

Enneagram work can be difficult on your own. Personalized coaching sessions can help see people challenge their assumptions, build new skills and embrace their gifts. I do individual coaching and team coaching.

Individual Coaching. Every person has different goals for their coaching. Our time together will be structured to meet your goals as best we can. I recommend scheduling at least 4 coaching sessions. $200/1 hour session

Team Coaching. I offer two standard workshops for staff, leadership team teams, boards, etc.: a 2-hour workshop and a 3-hour workshop. All workshops include materials and suggested next steps. Follow up “shot in the arm” sessions are available. Get more information.

Classes

I have two Community Education classes coming up later this fall. Get details.

I can also bring a class to your organization, club or church. Options range from multiweek classes to a one-time “book club jumpstart. Get more information.

Tying Sessions

A typing session is a one-time where I help you discover your type. I’ll leave you with two types to explore further. You can see which one feels true and right. I will also give you a couple of things to try on your own. $125/90-minute session

Is there a test I can take?

Short answer: yes.

Longer answer: There are a lot of tests out there. Some are free. Some are very, very expensive. But they are all only 60% accurate. More importantly, the point of working with the enneagram isn’t to magically, suddenly know our enneagram type. It’s to discover our type through thinking about ourselves in new ways, to learn to listen to our body’s reactions, to observe our feelings as they happen. Get more details (and yes, a link to a free test).

Handouts

Here’s a .pdf of the handout I use in most of my classes with the basics of each type.

Recommended Books

General Enneagram: Millenneagram: The Enneagram Guide for Discovering Your Truest, Baddest Self by Hannah Paasch

I call this “enneagram with swears.” It is a funny, irreverent but very informative general introduction to the enneagram. Very readable.

Relationships: The Path Between Us: An Enneagram Journey to Healthy Relationships by Suzanne Stabile

This is a great book for insight into all sorts of relationships and clear, simple ways do improve them. It is published by InterVaristy Press, a Christian publishing house, but is not religious nor does it have a Christian bias.

Workplace: Bringing Out the Best in Yourself at Work by Ginger Lapid-Bogoa

Bullet points and lists make this a great reference to figure out how to deal with the issues you are dealing with at work. Best practices for good communication, dealing with conflict, giving feedback, leadership and more.

Parenting: The Enneagram of Parenting by Elizabeth Wagel

Don’t let the cartoon-like illustrations fool you, this is hands down the best enneagram book I have found. Gives you a peek into what’s going on with your child and then tips for all the big trouble areas: homework, bedtime, making friends, etc.
