Classes
Offering an enneagram class to members is a great way for churches and other organizations to build community, create a healthy culture and support members’ growth and development. They can also be a wonderful outreach effort to the broader community.
If you are interested in attending one of my public classes please visit my Events page.
Standard Classes
I offer three standard class formats: a 6-session class, a 2-session class and a single session class. Ideally the sessions of the multi-session classes are a week apart but can be adjusted to fit your schedule. Materials are provided for all standard classes.
6-week Class
90-minute sessions
Sessions 1 - 2 are dedicated to the enneagram basics and the 9 types
Sessions 3 - 4 cover "care and feeding" of ourselves and others using the enneagram
Sessions 5 - 6 cover topics of interest to the group (possibilities include: parenting, spiritual practices, deeper drive into wings and stress/security lines)
This class is good for organizations and churches looking for a transformational experience for their members. It allows for more and more discussion as the we move through the sessions
Cost: $2,000
2-week Class
90 minute sessions
Session 1 is a shorter introduction to the basics and the 9 types with an peek into “care and feeding.”
Session 2 is focused on guided sharing and Q & A, a more detailed “care and feeding” plus some more next steps.
This class makes a good teaser class, to get people interested and whet their appetite for more while still giving them something valuable, even if they never take another enneagram class. It can be a general introduction to the enneagram but can be focused on a specific aspect.
Common topics include: Parenting | Relationships | Communication | Personal Development | Spiritual Development/Practices
Cost: $600
Single Session Class
2-hour session
A quick overview of the enneagram and the 9 types
Time for general Q&A
Limited time for deeper discussion
Participants are given handouts with some general next steps
This class is perfect for people who know a little bit about the enneagram but still have questions or for folks who are enneagram curious.
Cost: $450
Book Club Jumpstart
Who doesn’t love a book club? Book clubs are great, but enneagram books can be a bit daunting, and books aren’t always the easiest way to start learning about the enneagram. If your book club wants to do an enneagram book but doesn’t know where to start, I can help. I can meet with your club for an initial session to introduce the enneagram, answer questions and give tips for getting the most out of the book. I can even make recommendation a couple of books if needed. Zoom options are available.

A Class of Your Own
I can design a class that meets your organization’s specific needs. Let me know what you have in mind and together we can make it happen.

A Note about Online Tests
I encourage people to not take an online enneagram test before my workshops. These tests are only about 60% accurate. More importantly, people get much more out of the enneagram if they discover their type themselves. I find most people do that in the process of going over the types. This also means I have to spend less time explaining individual results and correcting misunderstandings, allowing me more time to work with the group as a whole.
However, I know some people like to take the test first. If you have folks like that, I have a link to a free test I can send along with a short statement asking them to hold that answer a little lightly and test their results against what they learn in the workshop.
