Church Staff and Leadership Retreats
Church work can be very rewarding. It can also be exhausting. We have to balance multiple priorities, meet deep needs, navigate complex relationships all while making sure we have enough volunteers for coffee hour and the bulletin is error-free.
The enneagram can’t solve all our problems or make people behave how we want them to. But it can help us figure out the real issue causing those problems and give us insight into why people – including ourselves – act they way they do. And that understanding can start to loosen tensions, foster trust and encourage a healthy church culture.
